Publishers. • “You”, “user”, “customer” refers to any person accessing or using this website. 3. Products and Pricing • All products are subject to availability. • Prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. • We reserve the right to change pricing and product details at any time without notice. • Any pricing errors may be corrected, and orders may be adjusted accordingly.

Orders • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and cleared. • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or product unavailability. • Once an order is placed, changes can only be made if it has not yet been processed or shipped. 5. Payment • Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit/debit cards, and approved third-party gateways such as PayFast. • All payments must be made in full before delivery. • We do not store card details and use secure payment processors to protect your information.

Shipping & Delivery • Shipping is available within the borders of South Africa only. • Should you wish to purchase and arrange delivery outside of South Africa, that is at your own discretion and risk. M.R. Publishers does not hold an exporter’s code and is not responsible for any cross-border logistics, customs clearance, or associated costs. • Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and product size/weight. 7. Returns and Refunds • Customers may return items within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. • If the order is incorrect due to our fault, we will expedite a replacement at no cost to you. The incorrect item will be collected from you at our expense. • If you placed the order incorrectly, a 20% handling fee will apply, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. • Refunds or credits will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 8. Privacy Policy • Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). • We will not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your consent. • Full details are available in our Privacy Policy. 9. Limitation of Liability • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. 10.
