These “thinking tests” are weekly problem-solving, fun tests, which give learners the opportunity to use their own unique, deductive powers to work out the answers. Using concrete objects or drawing , problems can be worked out without the concept having been taught in class. These tests are designed to increase in difficulty as the year progresses. They are an excellent method of assessing logical ability and improving this skill.
